Souq Al Qomash is a purpose-built commercial hub located in the heart of the First Industrial Zone in Al Obour City, on the main Al Obour axis. Developed by OCTA in collaboration with Hawash Group and the Egyptian-Chinese company Fotin, this groundbreaking project was built in a record time of just 9 months.

Spanning 55,000 square meters (13 feddans) of total land area with 180,000 square meters of built-up space, Souq Al Qomash houses 9 specialized commercial centers dedicated to the textile and ready-made garments industry.

The mall serves the complete textile ecosystem: wholesale and retail fabric shops, ready-made garment showrooms (women’s, children’s, and men’s clothing), sewing machine suppliers, printing services, shipping and logistics, and accessories — all organized by fabric type and specialization for maximum efficiency.

Fabric categories include circular and rectangular knit fabrics, evening and soirée fabrics, dress materials, curtain and upholstery textiles, and ready-made garments from over 300 manufacturers including international partners from China, Syria, Turkey, and Jordan.
