5. شروط الشراء والاستثمار
جميع مشتريات الوحدات والاستثمارات والمعاملات المالية المتعلقة بمشاريع أوكتا تخضع لعقود منفصلة ومُلزِمة قانونياً تُبرم بين المشتري وأوكتا للتطوير. لا تحل شروط الخدمة هذه محل أي أحكام من هذه العقود أو تُعدِّلها. تُحدَّد خطط السداد والجداول الزمنية للتسليم وشروط التسليم وجميع الشروط التجارية الأخرى حصرياً في اتفاقية الشراء ذات الصلة.
6. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات والتصميمات والشعارات والعلامات التجارية وأسماء المشاريع (بما فيها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر "سوق القماش" و "سوق الذهب")، والرسوم المعمارية، والمخططات الرئيسية، والمواد التسويقية الموجودة على هذا الموقع هي ملكية حصرية لأوكتا للتطوير أو مُرخِّصيها. لا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو استخدام أي محتوى لأغراض تجارية دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من أوكتا للتطوير.
